BEFORE VALLURE

The brand was posting regularly across platforms, averaging approximately five posts per week, but organic visibility remained constrained. With an average reach of around 68 per post and total views of 22,000 over several months, content was largely circulating within an existing audience rather than reaching new ones.
Engagement metrics told a similar story. An overall engagement rate of 8% was driven primarily by passive actions such as likes, while higher-intent signals like saves and shares remained low, indicating that content was not compelling enough to drive the deeper audience behaviors that signal genuine resonance and purchase consideration.
Reels, which represent the highest-leverage format for organic discovery, were active but underperforming. Despite 44 published, engagement sat below 4%, pointing to weak hook strength, limited retention, and insufficient content differentiation to earn algorithmic distribution.
The underlying issue was not effort. It was strategy. Content leaned heavily on product and brand storytelling without a clear differentiated narrative, structured content pillars, or a performance framework designed to drive discovery, audience growth, and conversion. The account was maintaining activity without translating that effort into scalable results.

BRAND REFINEMENT
We refined ALARA's brand into a more structured and scalable system, strengthening positioning, tone of voice, and visual hierarchy to ensure every digital touchpoint reflected a premium, intentional clean beauty brand. From that foundation, we built a modular creative system that translated the brand into repeatable, high-performing assets across social, email, and web, enabling both consistency and creative scale without sacrificing quality.
STRATEGIC DIFFERENTIATION
We evolved ALARA's content beyond product-led posts into differentiation-driven storytelling, weaving ingredient education, brand philosophy, and decision-driving narratives throughout the content calendar. This shift was designed to attract and convert a more intentional buyer and create a clearer point of difference in a crowded clean beauty market.
ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA
We restructured the organic social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to balance aesthetic quality with content performance. Clear content pillars were established across education, authority building, and conversion-oriented storytelling, giving every piece of content a defined role within the broader growth system. Reels were repositioned as the primary organic growth lever, shifting from high volume to intentional production with tested hook strategies, formats, and storytelling approaches designed to improve reach, retention, and shareability. The result was fewer assets producing meaningfully stronger performance per post.
AD ASSET CREATIVE
We developed the creative assets powering ALARA's paid media campaigns across Google and Meta, including static images, video creative, and promotional content. Creative direction was rooted in the same brand system built for organic, ensuring visual and narrative consistency across paid and owned channels.
EMAIL AND WEBSITE
We expanded email into a more consistent driver of brand engagement and audience retention, while implementing website optimizations designed to improve the on-site experience and support conversion across traffic sources.
