THE BRIEF


  • The challenge extended well beyond launching a website. The practice needed to establish trust and authority with high-functioning professionals in a category where booking decisions are deliberate, considered, and rarely impulsive. Without an existing audience, retargeting pool, or measurement infrastructure in place, there was no foundation to capture early interest or attribute future conversion activity. Industry-specific advertising restrictions across healthcare and mental health added a further layer of complexity, requiring a thoughtful approach to creative development, audience targeting, and benchmarking from the first day of activation.

    The practice needed a launch strategy capable of building credibility, generating qualified consultation activity, and laying the groundwork for sustainable growth in a high-consideration category.

APPROACH

We approached this engagement as a full launch build, developing brand expression, digital infrastructure, and performance marketing simultaneously so every channel was structured to work in coordination from the moment the practice opened its doors. The strategy was anchored in three principles: awareness before conversion, education before pressure, and creative diversity over campaign complexity.

BRAND & AESTHETIC DIRECTION


We established the brand foundation first, knowing every channel that followed would inherit its tone. The direction was warm, editorial, and human, designed to feel approachable and elevated rather than clinical, and built to differentiate the practice within a category that often defaults to sterile visual conventions. Logo, typography, color, and overall visual language were developed to signal premium, concierge-level care while reinforcing the trust that high-functioning professionals look for when selecting a provider in this category.

WEBSITE & CONSULTATION JOURNEY


We designed and built a Webflow website optimized for a high-consideration consultation journey. A dedicated consultation page was developed to address the specific decision drivers prospective patients evaluate before booking, with a Calendly booking flow integrated directly into the site and connected to Pixel and Lead event tracking. Every element of the experience was structured to support clarity, trust, and a frictionless path from interest to scheduled consultation.

PAID MEDIA STRATEGY


We launched a single-campaign Meta structure built around four distinct creative concepts spanning video, carousel, and static formats. Each concept was developed to test a different messaging theme, including clarity, depth, and integrative care, allowing us to learn quickly what resonated with the target audience while maintaining a disciplined account structure. The approach prioritized creative diversity over campaign complexity, an intentional decision in a category where messaging fit drives performance more than targeting volume.

ORGANIC SOCIAL FRAMEWORK


We built an organic social framework anchored in storytelling rather than clinical education, with Instagram leading and LinkedIn supporting. The content strategy was developed to feel globally relevant and resonate with audiences across the United States, Canada, Asia, and Europe, reflecting the international reach of the practice's ideal patient profile.

FUNNEL & MEASUREMENT INFRASTRUCTURE


We established the measurement foundation that would allow every dollar and signal to be attributed and acted on. This included a structured UTM framework, full conversion tracking implementation, and a custom reporting dashboard built to give the practice clear visibility into performance from day one rather than several months into the engagement.
