BEFORE VALLURE


  • The brand identity, while defined, lacked the structural consistency needed to perform across digital channels. Assets were applied inconsistently, and the full weight of the firm's reputation was not translating into its online presence.

    The website required meaningful optimization. Page load performance fell below benchmarks, and the user experience did not reflect the quality of the firm's work or its elevated market positioning.

    Paid media on Google operated without a clear structure. Campaign fragmentation was driving cost inefficiencies, and conversion tracking had not been aligned with actual business outcomes, making it difficult to evaluate where investment was generating meaningful return.

    Email marketing was underutilized. A single monthly broadcast was the primary touchpoint, leaving consistent, engagement-driven communication largely absent from the marketing system.
