  • Paid social activity was generating inquiries but not translating them into meaningful bookings. Lead quality was the core issue, and without a structured measurement foundation or a disciplined audience strategy beneath the campaigns, spend was being directed toward the wrong signals.

    The brand's visual identity was strong but had not been interpreted cohesively across paid media and social content assets, creating inconsistency in how Med Aesthetics Miami showed up across digital touchpoints.

    On the website, navigation complexity was creating friction at the point of conversion. Key landing pages were losing visitors before they reached a form or booking action, limiting the effectiveness of every campaign driving traffic to the site.

    Organic social had an audience but lacked a structured content cadence and clear content direction, leaving a high-value channel underperforming relative to its potential.

We approached this engagement by rebuilding the paid social foundation around lead quality rather than volume, while strengthening the brand's organic presence, optimizing the conversion pathways that campaign traffic was landing on, and providing ongoing strategic oversight to ensure every channel was moving in the same direction.

MEASUREMENT AND TRACKING


We rebuilt the Meta measurement foundation from the ground up using Google Tag Manager, auditing and strengthening event tracking and implementing custom Meta conversion events at the form level. This allowed campaigns to optimize toward actual lead generation actions rather than surface-level engagement signals.

PAID SOCIAL STRATEGY AND AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT


We ran structured testing across creative, messaging, audience targeting, call to action, and lead type to identify what actually produced qualified demand. That process led to a more intentional account structure: broad-based prospecting campaigns using diverse creative angles, followed by granular retargeting buckets built around user engagement and served with stronger offer-led messaging.

Audience strategy was expanded well beyond basic interest targeting, with campaigns tested across geography, household income, layered interests, website engagement, lookalikes, and first-party customer lists to isolate the signals most correlated with booking intent.

We partnered with the client's web development agency on CRO initiatives across seven key landing pages. Layouts were refined for readability and flow, forms were brought closer to points of intent, and relevant calls to action were introduced throughout each page to reduce drop-off and drive submissions.
