  • The brand identity lacked consistency across platforms, weakening perceived credibility in a highly visual and competitive category.


    The website experience was cluttered and difficult to navigate, particularly for a mobile-first audience. Key decision drivers such as cost, career outcomes, and program structure were not clearly communicated, creating friction in the enrollment journey.

    Lead generation relied heavily on third-party directories, producing inconsistent and low-quality inquiries. At the same time, there was no active investment in paid media, limiting visibility across high-intent channels.

We integrated website forms and booking flows directly with Salesforce, creating a seamless lead pipeline. SMS automations were implemented to reduce response time and improve lead-to-enrollment conversion.
