  • The founder had developed personal traction on social media, but the business needed to evolve beyond an individual-led presence into a standalone brand with its own identity, authority, and long-term staying power. Without a cohesive visual identity, website, or content system, there was no foundation to establish credibility or shape audience perception in a market where trust and digital presence are primary decision drivers.

    Lead generation was almost entirely dependent on referrals, Instagram, and a third-party booking platform, leaving no structured full-funnel system in place to drive awareness, educate prospects, and convert high-intent traffic consistently. The client's goal was to double current clientele, and that level of growth required a dependable acquisition engine, not a referral-dependent model.

    Launching in Scottsdale also meant entering one of the most crowded and high-value local aesthetics markets in the country, where differentiation, trust, and digital credibility are prerequisites for standing out. The founder had a specific and compelling vision for the brand: edgy, refined, and deliberately masculine in a category that rarely operates that way. That vision needed to be translated into a system that could perform across every channel simultaneously.

We approached this engagement as a full brand and market entry build, developing The Parlor's identity, digital infrastructure, and performance marketing simultaneously so every channel was ready to drive results from day one.

BRAND AND IDENTITY


We built the brand from the ground up, translating the founder's vision into a distinct identity system rooted in exclusivity, confidence, and medical credibility. The creative direction was designed to feel more private club than traditional med spa, a deliberate positioning choice in a category dominated by soft, feminine aesthetics. This included the full visual identity, positioning framework, value propositions, brand voice, tone, and headline architecture.

WEBSITE AND CONVERSION EXPERIENCE


We translated that brand into a conversion-aware website experience designed to educate, build trust, and drive bookings. The site architecture showcased signature services including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and facial restructuring, while surfacing the founder's expertise, the brand's differentiated aesthetic, treatment education, client testimonials, and clear pathways to book consultations and appointments.

We also resolved a critical measurement challenge by integrating the client's preferred booking platform directly into the website experience, allowing campaign traffic to move seamlessly from ad click to booking action and creating a stronger optimization framework for paid media from launch.

PAID MEDIA


We developed a full-funnel paid media strategy across Google and Meta designed to launch the brand in market, build awareness, drive qualified website traffic, and convert high-intent prospects. The strategy deliberately accounted for both the core female audience and the founder's ambition to grow the male segment, using tailored messaging and treatment-led campaign structures across both platforms. A strategic consideration layer drove high-quality traffic to the website, with retargeting campaigns serving compelling lower-funnel messaging to move engaged visitors toward bookings.

We built a content system that stayed true to the brand's aesthetic and tone while helping the business establish credibility beyond the founder's personal following.
